Every LaunchDNA AI plan comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you don’t believe LaunchDNA is the best launch tool you’ve used, we’ll return every penny. No forms. No “complete these modules first.” No hoops.

Eligibility

All paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date:

• Pay-Per-Product ($19)— full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Pro Monthly ($197/mo)— full refund of your current billing period within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. Subsequent months: cancel before your next renewal date to avoid further charges.
• Founder Lifetime ($497)— full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the word “refund” in the subject line. That’s it. You do not need to provide a reason, fill out a form, or complete any modules.

Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of your request.
• The refund is issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Pro Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you are within the 30-day guarantee window, email us for a full refund.

After the Guarantee Window

After 30 days, refunds are not available. However, you can cancel your Pro Monthly subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Founder Lifetime access remains active indefinitely once the guarantee window has passed.
