LaunchDNA AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at launchdnaai.com(the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email, display name, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Product & Usage Data

When you use the Service we store the content you generate, including niche research results, manuscripts, brand packs, listings, and pricing recommendations. We also collect standard usage logs such as pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, and IP address.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a truncated card identifier, billing email, and transaction status so we can manage your subscription.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Generate AI-powered product content on your behalf
  • Process payments and manage your subscription tier
  • Send transactional emails (magic links, password resets, publish confirmations)
  • Send optional notification emails (you can disable these in Settings)
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

  • Google Identity Services— authentication via Google Sign-In. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Whop— marketplace publishing for your digital products. Subject to Whop’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cloudinary— image and asset hosting.
  • Resend— transactional email delivery.
  • Anthropic & OpenAI— AI model providers used to generate product content. Prompts and generated text are sent to these providers’ APIs. We do not send your password or payment details to AI providers.
  • Railway— cloud infrastructure hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active. Deleted products are soft-deleted and permanently purged after 30 days. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out controls.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and scoped access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
